Our extensive knowledge and experience in receivership management allows us to take over and stabilize a troubled property as a receiver or manager for the mortgagee in possession immediately. Our comprehensive lease and NOI analysis will evaluate the current leases and property expenses, as well as project out a durable net operating income. We will not be afraid to give an opinion about a suspect lease or deal that detracts from the asset’s long-term stability.
Residential Financial Analysis
We analyze marketing strategy, cost and ILS platform to find opportunities to increase demand and thus increase rents. We also analyze each operating expense item to determine where we can lower the total OPEX percentage. We have proprietary maintenance and management strategies to accomplish this.
