Raising Cane’s

Developing QSR brand Raising Cane’s had contacted ACCESS Commercial about helping them emerge into Midwest markets. ACCESS Commercial has helped Raising Cane’s target ideal locations for the brand and assisted them in opening stores all over the Midwest.

Simple and Unique

About Raising Cane’s

Raising Cane’s concept is simple and unique; they only sell one item, a high-quality chicken finger meal. At Raising Cane’s, you get an exceptionally high-quality product served quickly and conveniently. We can do this because we offer a limited menu. The specialized systems developed by Raising Cane’s allow them to maintain a level of quality.

Shadow Lake Town Center

Shadow Lake was originally built in 2007 and ACCESS Commercial took over leasing, led by brokerage team Amber Olson and Danielle Lowry, for the shopping center in January 2019.

During these past four years of managing Shadow Lake’s leasing, nine National tenants went bankrupt, many due to COVID-19 challenges, which equivalated to 68,345 square feet of vacant space. Even considering these unforeseen vacancies, Amber and Danielle have achieved over an 80% occupancy, with an additional 21,956 square-feet currently in LOI stage. A total of 26 executed deals have been completed by the team to date.

Regional Shopping Center

About Shadow Lake

Shadow Lake Towne Center is a 654,666 square-foot regional shopping center located at the southwest corner of 72nd Street and Highway 370 in the Omaha suburb of Papillion, Nebraska, approximately ten miles from downtown Omaha. Originally built in 2007, the property features Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, Carhartt, Five Below, ULTA, PetSmart, Old Navy, and other national and regional tenants.

Regency Landing

A rare opportunity. For the past 50 years, this parcel has been home to increasingly obsolete office, retail, and full-service hotel operations. Initially developed in the western reaches of Omaha, this prized location sits in the heart of the market. It boasts the best demographics in the region, creating an opportunity to develop an 11-acre in-fill project. With the main objective to fully harness the intrinsic value of this irreplaceable real estate, our mission requires the deliberate programming of the best design, users, and project execution to deliver a trophy project that the region can be proud of for generations to come.
