Facilities Maintenance Manager

Corey has managed more than one million square feet of retail property for over a decade. He is responsible for project oversight, vendor relations, capital improvements, tenant buildouts and daily maintenance of properties. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Omaha and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Corey is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Nebraska. Corey lives in Omaha, Nebraska and enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports and traveling.
