Project Manager

Justin is responsible for managing third party construction contractors on company development projects, consulting engineers, architects, and various due diligence vendors. He also works directly with company principals on municipal approvals, project budgets, schedules, and coordinates with tenants on delivery of premises for seamless project turnovers. Earlier in his career, Justin was a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado and Construction Estimator in the Omaha area. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and has completed the AGC Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling Program in 2018. He lives in Bennington with his wife and three children. He enjoys being active with his family, kids` sporting events, backpacking, water sports and hunting.
