Industrial Portfolio Disposition

Anderson Excavating contacted ACCESS Commercial in 2017 to liquidate their commercial real estate portfolio containing a variety of assets ranging from industrial buildings to undeveloped land. Each asset had its own set of unique challenges that ACCESS worked diligently to overcome and find the appropriate buyers. The property value in this portfolio was worth in excess of $30 Million, and as of April 2023, a total of 18 properties have been closed and two are currently under contract.
